- Start by sliding the heel of one foot underneath the other leg as close to the butt as possible.
- Slide the other leg as close to your body as possible.
- Place your palms on the floor
This creates a “hammock” like effect, thus allowing you to swing back into your basic fight stance while always keeping your eye on the threat.
