Your threat has grabbed your wrist. This technique can get you back into Command Central quickly.

While he is holding your wrist, step forward and hook his triceps muscle from underneath.

Drive your wrist behind him and straight up toward the ceiling. This will force him to disengage his grip on your wrist.

Use your overlap grip and raise your elbow to drive his shoulder down and break his posture.

Use your Cradling technique to lock him into Command Central.
